The essence of the negotiated project is that RMC will accept the responsibility of project costs and scheduling restraints substantially before all risks are defined. Therefore, RMC treats the Pre-construction Phase with the same enthusiasm and aggressiveness as we do the Construction Phase.

We have evolved our program over the past 28-years to reflect changing trends in labor, technology, pricing and efficiency techniques. The output from the pre-construction process serves as a baseline for allocating resources and assigning values to the construction phase. In this way, a consistent cost effective analysis is applied to the whole process.
